from Illinois Lieutenant Governor Pat Quinn
 As
Illinois State Treasurer, I launched “Operation Home Front” during
the Gulf War to inform National Guard members and reservists about their
rights under the Soldiers’ & Sailors’ Civil Relief Act.
Now,
as brave men and women put their lives on the line to defeat terrorism,
we must defend their rights at home.
I have prepared this web site to
assist those wanting to know more about the Servicemembers Civil
Relief Act, the new version of the Soldiers’ & Sailors’ Civil
Relief Act, and much more.
